WOHOO

So Kaida is home. And her dog. and ... well scroll back some posts. anyway.
How to describe the last 3 days so that everyone would understand ?

Ooh! I know!

It's not that the kitty doesn't get along with Lucky. She does. Sort of.
But lucky is so young and just wants to play and then he starts playing with Ella and Ella gets scared and then he chases after her and she runs away and so they go across the rooms like crazy.
Complete circus.
Just look at the pretty pictures.

First day. Ella was too scared to go near Lucky and Lucky... Well he was just Lucky not to get hit with her claws.

Second day. Playtime outside! At least it was nice and warm.

Isn't he the cutest thing you have ever seen? Even you, Kairi must agree with that.

Sleeping near each other apparently isn't much of a problem.

More pictures? Here.
I'm thinking that when Katja comes all hell will break loose, but we'll see.
Bye for now.

Stargate

So after I did the whole "Reasons why you should totally watch Dr. Who" I figured that with all the people coming on my blog, who aren't Kairi or Bambs, I might just do a whole Reasons Why You Should Watch Stargate.
Just for the heck of it.

So here it is.

1. Jack O'Neill

It's Jack. The awesomesauce ex-MacGyver lead character, who always has the funniest lines.
Always. So just plain awesome. No other words can be used to describe him.

2. Daniel Jackson

The absolutely brilliant and funny and nerdy archeologist, who is sort of immortal and has a dark past. Brilliant. Funny. Nerdy. And he speaks 23 languages. And is immortal. Need I say more?

3. Aliens

It's Sci-fi, bitches. I bet even Twilight would be bearable with some added asgards, or better yet, Furlings. Anyway. Why do I love sci-fi so much? Well, obviously because it has just so many options. Pretty much nothing is ever impossible, it rarely gets boring and there is always something new waiting for you just around the corner.

Warning: if this picture gave you the sudden urge to throw up... Sci-fi is not for you, hun.

4. Forbidden love. (sort of)

Over the series we see Sam, the brilliant scientist in the team, hook up with several men, we see all men around her mindlessly falling in love (I have never liked calling Sam a Mary-Sue but sometimes it just feels like it, doesn't it?) and so on and so forth but in our hearts we know that the only man she can really be together with is Jack. We just know it and so does she. Bloody military with it's rules and regulations...

5. Overdressed bad guys.

Because we love laughing at them. And they just look pretty awesome. Well to be quite honest, only the Goa'ulds were overdressed. The Ori had a thing for tin foil and the replicators were just plain underdressed, but still.
Just enjoy the whole overdressed-ness for those 8 seasons.

Nirrti or Lord Yu would have been better examples, but Sokar is just going to have to do.

6. Humor

Because, seriously, would you really want to watch some depressing Angst-ridden show for 10 seasons? I think not. And if you do, I'll kindly redirect you to Torchwood. Plenty of angst to go around and as the season-end cliffhanger... everybody dies! How's that for a cliffy, eh?
Anyway, back to the point. Stargate is brilliantly funny. Seriously, they actually have to episodes where they are mocking themselves! Now that's humor.

Shifu: If the instrument is broken, the music will be sour.
Dr. Jackson: The music does not play the musician.
Shifu: Normally there is truth in that.
Dr. Jackson: Really? Good. Cause I really didn't have any idea what I was talking about.

Teal'c: The propulsion system and communication array have been damaged beyond repair.
Col. O'Neill: Ah that's good because according to my calculations we are roughly in the middle of…nowhere. Give or take.

[Carter and O'Neill are lying close to one another for warmth.]
Capt. Carter: Sir?
Col. O'Neill: It's my sidearm, I swear. [Sam starts to laugh] No giggling... please.

7. History knowledge.

Because how else would I know that Ra is an Egypt sun god and uhm... well I can't remember anything else interesting at the moment but gimme a break, it's 1:13 am.
Here, contemplate these Goa'uld system lord symbols instead.

8. The Ori

The Ori were the galactic bad guys in seasons 9 and 10. And I'm sorry but I just so happen to think that they were the coolest bad guys ever. Right after Ba'al that is. End of discussion.

9. Great actors.

Richard Dean Anderson (MacGyver and don't you tell me you don't know who that is)
Amanda Tapping ( Sanctuary )
Michael Shanks (I'm sure he's been in cool shows, just none pop to mind at the moment)
Ben Browder (Farscape)
Claudia Black (Farscape)

And if shows like farscape and Sanctuary don't tell anything to you then rest assured, they do mean something to me a nerd like I am.
anyway. That's it for the moment. Again, I might update this when I remember something else but for now this is it.

I'm happy.

I'm happy.
I'm happy.
I'm happy.
I'm happy.
I'm happy.
I'm happy.
I'm happy.
I am happy.
I AM happy.
I AM Happy.
I AM HAPPY!
I AM HAPPY!!!
I'M FUCKING HAPPY, KAY?

Rainbows and butterflies.
Rainbows and butterflies
rainbows and effin butterflies

no loneliness
no lonelyness
not
lonely
at
fucking
all.

Who cares that the only things keeping me sane are neopets and Stargate marathons with Kairi?
Who cares that the only thing I've heard from my friends from school is Birgit asking me if I'm going out with Aili to see her one last time before she goes to Canada?
Who cares that the beforementioned Aili did not bother telling me that she's going in the first place?
WHO CARES THAT SHE NEVER TOLD ME WHEN SHE WAS GOING?

Who cares that the only person who has kept in touch is Bambi?

I. Don't. Care.

Three days to go.
Three days. Three effffing days.
And you know what?
I'm not lonely.
And SecretZen isn't my home.
And I didn't spend my Jaanipäeva night watching Harry Potter movies and eating exessive amounts of candy. Alone. Till 3am
AND I AM HAPPY.

Oh and I'm obsessed with Mikas new songs.
specially By the time, Toy boy and Good gone girl.

I'm happy
I'm happy
I'm happy
I'm happy
I'm happy
I'm happy

And maybe in three days, I'll actually believe that.

Dr. Who.

So here they are. Reasons why you should totally watch Dr. Who.

1. Sci-fi.

I mean who can really resist The wonders of aliens? Travelling to different planets, mortal danger that the charming lead characters always come out of without a scrach? With dr who there is the added bonus of time travel. Go anywhere whenever you want. literally. 16th century earth? Easy. 51st century earth? Piece of cake. End of the world? Brilliant, let's do it.

2. Plenty of Squee! Moments

Because all you want to see at the end of the episode is a really cute fluffy moment when the heroes (or the side characters, who have been sizzling away, almost clouded by the Doctors amazingness) finally get together. But no, this is no cheesy mexican soap opera. This is Doctor Who. This is brilliant.

3. Comedy

How many times have I thought I'd die of laughter while watching that show? Jeebus, too many to count. The show can be completely hilarious without being tacky. Not many shows can pull that off. One that I can name that does pull it off is Stargate. But I have to mention that sometimes Dr. Who tends to be even more funny. There isn't one episode that would pass without at least one joke.

Detective-Inspector Bishop: Start from the begining, tell me everything you know.
Doctor: Well, for starters, I know you can't wrap your hand around your elbow and make your fingers meet.

General Staal: We have an intruder!
Doctor: How'd he get in? In-tru-da window?
These are just a few examples. The hilarity... Oh there's a lot of it.

4. Drama

Because in my opinion you can't take a show seriously when it's too shallow. And there is nothing shallow about Doctor Who. I've been on the verge of tears several times and I never cry when watching TV shows. Ever! Not even during the Titanic.

5. Plot

Just for the record these are not in any special order. Just in the order they pop into my mind, because otherwise the plot should be #1. The most important part of the show.
And there is plot. Ooooh there is plot. Sometimes you can see the arc building. you can see the little stuff they say or see and you know that it'll be relevant later on
but sometimes it just hits you in the end like a ton of bricks.
"Oh my god, but I knew that! It was so obvious. I should have realized it!!"
And no matter what episode it is, you will never be bored. There is no politics, no legal stuff to worry about.
Well perhaps the Judoon but The doctor knows how to get rid of them. Those episodes are the greatest journey of your life.

6. Great Graphics.

Nothing is impossible.
Nothing looks cardboard.
They can make you feel like you are floating in the bloody London during the Blitz in 1941. Because when it comes to graphics and ideas, they dont hold back. And everything is possible.

I'd love to show you a picture of Rose hanging from a hot air balloon in the middle of The Blitz but Google is being particularly uncooperative and I just can't find it. This one is from the same episode and as a bonus has John Borrowman as Jack Harkness in it. SQUEE!!

7. The actual history knowledge.

You get to meet people like William Shakespeare, Madam de Pompadour and Agatha Christie and many others! You get to follow as the Doctor and his companions travel to the history or to the future, which I admit is not as historicaly correct as the historic part, but still ...

Madame de pompadour and The Doctor

8. The changing characters

This might not seem like such a good thing at first, but it's great when you don't particularly like the current doctor.
In Dr. Who, the doctor has regenerative abilities. If he is dying, but not quite dead yet, he can regenerate. During regeneration, all cells in his body change. Hence a new actor.
His female companions just sort of go away or get stuck in parallel universes but no biggie. He is rarely alone for more than a couple of episodes.
And besides, this regeneration keeps the show fresh, actors not-bored and The Doctor is always young and good looking.

Some people say that he's getting younger with each regeneration. I personally don't see it. Do you?

Do I really need to continue?
Just watch this clip and then tell me you don't want to watch it.
I'll come to Viljandi, tie you to a chair and force-show you all episodes starting with the ones from 1969. Don't ask where I'm going to find the missing episodes. I just will, kay?

Tartuuu~

Soyeah. Class trip to tartu.

Well obviously I'm going to start from the very beginning and give a detailed description
AND DON'T YOU DARE TO GO ALL TL;DR ON IT !!

EDIT: I HATE YOU BLOGGER I HATE YOU I HATE YOU I HATE YOU! I HAD A FRIKKIN LONG TEXT IN HERE AND YOU JUST DELETED IT AND I TOTALLY HATE YOU RIGHT NOW *headdesks*
stoopid thing.
anyway long story short: 3 hours of sleep then up at 5am, then on the bus, over saaremaa, on the ferry, to viljandi where we stopped for a while to go to the bathroom and stuffs. On with the original post now:
The drive was pretty interesting for us. I mean the only hills we have in saaremaa are about 5 cm off the ground XD
So this was fun.
Sorry bout the poor quality, I was sitting in the third row and it's generally pretty hard to take pictures in a bus.
Anyway. Tartu.
Pretty city. Real Pretty. At first we were supposed to find a place to eat in Tartu but since some roads were close on the way, we were about half an hour late and therefore we had to hurry straight to the museum. Zoology and Geology.
To be quite honest with you, the 3 hours of sleep and 4 hour drive were taking its toll on me and I just opted for quickly looking through the exhibits and then sleeping when the guide was talking. And I forgot my camera into the bus so no pictures.
Then off to Lõunakeskus for something to eat and possibly to some stores. They gave us about an hourto eat and look around. Bambi, Kati and I obviously went straight to the music store and then bookstore after eating. No CDs, but I did get a book.
I have always loved Stephen Kings horror books and I sure as hell hope I'm not going to have to be dissappointed this time. Over 400 pages and it was cheap. Why oh why don't we have bookstores like that in here?
scratch that. Why oh why don't we have bookstores in here?
So after our hour was up, we went to AHHAA center. Lotsa fun.
They had this forest economy exhibition and I must say, it was awesome.
too bad I didn't take any pictures.
that was exhibition number 1.
Next up was an exhibition about climate or something. In there was some helicopter simulation thing. I'd love to upload the movie I made when Kati was trying it out but I'm fairly fond of my life.
And after that darwins exhibition where you could test your reactions and memory. My memory wan't all that good but I'm officially the reaction queen with a score of 79.
The score might not tell you much but I just had to post this here to make sure I won't forget it.

ahem.
Others went to 4D cinema but I was still pretty sick from the bus ride so I opted for staring blankly at the skaters.
Then we had more time to shop and stuff and then they took up to the jailhouse.
I mean schoolhouse. Tartu Descarte'i lütseum. Or something like that.
at first when we got there I thought it looked pretty horrible.
Then they took us inside.
So obviously they were scared we are going to break their classrooms so they took up to the old gym
Underground.
The door outside had to be locked at all times and there were EFFING BARS IN FRONT OF IT.
The mats we were to be sleeping on might as well be concrete floor because one thing they were not was soft. atall.
It might not look like that, but the place was scary as hell.
also I didn't take pictures of the really scary way in which was a series of NARROW, PITCH BLACK, DIRTY concrete corridors.
it looked like an effing prison.
Made me wanna run out screaming.
Anyway, the teacher gave us about 3 hours of free time and Bambi, Kati and I took off. First we went to Eeden, some supposed store nearby. It was about as nice as the school so not wanting to go back to that dungeon... I mean school, we walked to Tasku. It was awesome. For us, hillbillys that was like heaven.
And then, after spending lots of time in Rahva raamat there, we went to Tartu kaubamaja to check out the Apollo and possibly look for another music store. There is a disturbing lack of music stores in Tartu. At least in the places we went to.
And then back to that horrorhouse and I won't even bother correcting myself, we had to try and sleep.
Jeebus it was impossible.
first of all the floor was so notsoft that basically every position hurt.
...And get yo mind out of the gutter people!
Anyway it was also cold so during those 4 or so hours I actually managed to sleep, I was slowly inching closer to bambi, who was inching away from me, closer to Kati, who was also inching away from her until her head came in contact with the metal foot of the bench.
When I woke up, I was about 30 cm from the place I fell asleep.
And the pillow I had was so small that I spent half the night sleeping on the floor. Que the horrible headache for the rest of the day.
Official wake-up was 8am.
I woke up around 6:30 and never fell asleep again because people started talking and laughing and someones alarm went off and so on.

Then they took us back to Eeden so we could eat and then we went to the city center to walk around and stuffs.
We went to Vanemuine to kick those gong thingies there...
Posed with important people...
Looked at the university...
Where, by the way, I managed to take a picture of Aili.
Anyone who has ever tried to take a picture of Aili should be impressed right about now.
Sorry, Aili, but I just had to put it up.
It's so rare, I can't go without showing it off.
anyway.
Then we climbed up to that church thingy and stuff. Everything you would exect a bunch of tourists to do.
Moar pictures? Here.
Then we went to Elistvere Animal Park, where I met up with some long lost relatives
Like my uncles Tõnu and Mihkel
Their wife (it's complicated) Mari, who had to be separated from them to stop multiplying
And her children: Juku, Juhan, Juula and Jaanus.
Don't you just love family reunions?
Well for some reason all the animals in the park were having a siesta, so basically they were all sleeping. Even the lynx, whose ass I managed to capture on a photo.
There.
I should prbably get the framed.
Moar pictures? If you didn't check this, then do it now.
Also I forgot to mention that before Elistvere, we went to Tasku and Taru Kaubamaja again and I gots me two more books:
Percy Jackson: Titan's curse.
It's the third book from Percy Jackson series if I'm not mistake. The first book, Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief was made into a movie and Bambi bought that, so I figured I might as well take some other part of the series so we can switch later.

And the third book was this: Worlds most interesting encounters with aliens. Three 300+ page books.
At least I won't be bored anymore.

And yeah, then we came back
ooh also, when we got to Virstu, guess what ferry was awaiting us? Saaremaa. The same ferry that is having it's first official ride today. There were just so many people yesterday that they decided to have it go back and forth a couple of times unofficially.
Anyway, I'm not going into details about how awesome and whatnot it was. You can probably read about that in all ym classmates blogs.
I personally think that it was not such a big deal but whatever.
Soyeah. that concludes that trip and I shall now bless you all with Some awesomesauce music I found a couple days ago

MIKAAAA!!! ♥
His new songs are love.
just sayin'

I so wish I could have found his new CD in the stores...
*sigh* maybe I'll have better luck in Finland.
Anyway. Bye-bye for now!

Never go to bed mad. Stay up and fight.

Art... sort of XD

Okay so Kairi, I remember you wanted me to upload pictures of stuff I have drawn
Well you got it. Art a la Kelly.
Fresh (sort of) from the art class xD
Don't tell you I didn't warn you though. u_u

Yeeeah... Sügismaru B) I think it's perfectly fitting to the topic, well drawn and colourful.
the teacher didn't think so XD
And if Bambi happens to read this I have one word for you: Taanlane. I just saw the rain thing and thought of that.
Bwahahaha

anyway.

This. Is. Freakin. Hilarious. Everything from the face to the flipping knees is completely hilarious. but the bunny is cute n_n

I do believe I called this masterpiece the Kõõrdsilmne tüdruk
or something like that. Her eyesight wasn't supposed to be crooked, but ohwells x))))

Also when it comes to me, you can't not talk about maths class masterpieces. It's when I'm at my best.
anyway
Bambi&Batons productions has over the year come up with these masterpieces:

The Strawberry Republic Extraordinaire.

Of course there has to be the Stargate command inside a mountain. Mountain = SGC. It's a known fact.
Where there's some big ailien hunting faciliti like the stargate command, there has to be evil guys. In fact we have a whole factory of evil.
AND Pirates. NO LAKE IS COMPLETE WITHOUT PIRATES.
don't you forget that u_u

A flying pink fish. Nuff said. A flying pink shark to be precise. Or maybe a piranha. One can never be too sure. But since there is a Stargate Command, there obviosuly has to be an Ascended Being somewhere nearby. That glowing squid sorta thing is supposed to be just that. And a plain that's about to crash into the mountain. There was also a flying carpet but it's a bit higher so you can't really see it.
Why this picture is refusing to be upright is beyond me. Anyway you can see the Strawberry King and Queen just aswell. And a bomb. Why is there a bomb next to them? Well how the heck am I supposed to know?
geesh.

LOOK! IT'S A STIcK FIGURE hOLDING ONTO A DOZEN BALLOONS FLOATING OFF! YAY!
And a Strawberry Bird. With tiny wings and a giant hairy beak! So awesome. Above all that you can see a space gate and a Rocket exiting atmosphere. Yeeeeaaaah.

Also on the picture is a space ship, a giant Strawberry Castle, a tiny Strawberry house and straberry fiel next to it, A strawberry car and an egg with rockets on either side of it.
Awesome.

On to the next picture.

Now this. This was made during that lecture about fish and gas pipes I mentioned a month or so ago in my post KITTY! I think it was that post.
anyway. I was terribly bored soyeah.
It was made with a pencil so the quiality isn't very good and it's pretty hard to notice but yeah. There is a pirate again. a boat and the caption reading Ma purjetan kollasel merel...
Next to it is a character from Hetalia. Belarus if I'm correct.
Courtesy of Bambs.

It's a ghoul ^-^
sort of. And a mill. And the tail of a fish! ♥
yeeeeahhh.

Loch Ness monster. again, courtesy of Bambi. Caption reading Nessie♥ The Loch Ness Monster sorta Nessie.
Breaking Dawn completely ruined Nessies Reputation in my humble opinion
Now every time I hear Nessia I immediately think of that abomination described in Stephenie Meyers Book of horrors. The whole birthing scene in Breaking Dawn?
Geesh. Neverending nightmares. And to think that girls worship such a thing? *shudder*

Becuase that is the sorta thing I'm best at when it comes to drawing.
Iunno, I just am.
There is also a candle that is outside the frame so you just have to take my word that it exists.

Also on the picture is a hat, two versions of the bridge between Saaremaa and mainland, my version and Bambis version, a boat and a flower.
And more fish.
And a sun ♥

And last but not least: My sorta art. Made during English because that is the one class during which I can draw and colour random pictures and nobody cares.

Drawing this? Almost therapeutic.
Also if you have looked at the pictures of my Poster Wallpaper, you will see one where I have the lyrics for Youth of the Nation written out and it is decorated with the same Rose vine sorta thing. This one has a locked heart hanging from the end as a bonus.
And well when it comes to art a là Kelly, this is the best I can do. I did warn you that I can't draw.
Anyway. I hope this gave you a laugh.
Well at least made you smile. If I have achieved that, I can go to bed happily.
When it comes to art I prefer to stay at Writing and I'm not all that good in that either. I have been writing a story.
Not a fanfiction this time. Just a story.
But I've hit a brick wall and it's pretty much darker that I'd like to admit so for the time being it'll stay hidden in my livejournal account. For friend eyes only. And I only have Bamb as a friend on LiveJournal so that's that xD
Maybe one day x)

So basically yeah. Nighty night all and just as a side note, if I haven't mentioned this already I will be going to Tartu on 16th and I will be back on 17th so I will be unreachable for the time being.
Thankfully you don't have my phone number.
Which might not be such a good thing if I manage to get lost xD
ohwells.
nighty night all!
-Kelly

Drawing is the honesty of the art. There is no possibility of cheating. It is either good or bad.
~Salvador Dali
